What beginswith an address
38 bis, boulevard Victor HugoNice
A business centre sells an address first. Paradigm wanted to go far beyond a CRM and a few downloadable documents: to rebuild the entire digital journey, for prospects and clients alike, and turn the place into a network.

01
The prospect journey
Almost everywhere, becoming a client of a registered-address provider still means forms, attachments and email ping-pong. Every point of friction is a chance to give up. So the journey was rebuilt from the start: understand the offer, pick the right service, supply the required information, and sign — without ever leaving the platform.

02
The client area
Once a client, the user finds everything connecting them to the centre in one place. The platform stops being somewhere to look things up and becomes their daily entry point: documents, mail, bookings, services and network.
- DocumentsContracts, certificates and administrative paperwork, available on demand.
- MailIncoming post, digitised and readable from anywhere.
- BookingsRooms, desks and time slots, booked in seconds.
- ServicesAdd-on services, ordered directly online.
- NetworkThe other companies in the centre, their expertise and their contacts.
- BillingPayment and invoice history, in the same place.
03
Mail, from envelope to search engine
A registered address rests on one gesture that stayed physical: receiving mail on someone else's behalf. Scanning the envelope is not enough — an image cannot be searched. An optical character recognition layer extracts the content, which then becomes data: readable, sortable and, above all, searchable.
- ReceiptMail arrives at the centre.
- ScanningThe document is digitised.
- RecognitionOCR extracts the text.
- IndexingThe content becomes searchable.

Spaces, booked in seconds
Meeting rooms, coworking desks, one-off slots and add-on services: anything that gets occupied can be booked and paid for from the platform. The calendar is not a form in disguise — it is availability you can see before you ask for it.

05
The network, what really sets the project apart
This is the most unexpected dimension. Companies registered at the centre present their activity, their expertise and their services; they discover one another, get in touch and refer business. The business centre stops being a supplier and becomes a professional ecosystem — an asset no competitor can copy by cutting prices.
06
Nice, all around the office
The platform deliberately spills beyond the strictly professional. A founder moving into a neighbourhood needs to know it: where to take a client to lunch, where to put up a visiting partner, what to expect nearby. This local content roots the service in a place instead of making it interchangeable.
- NeighbourhoodsWhat surrounds the boulevard, street by street.
- RestaurantsWhere to host a client, by occasion and budget.
- HotelsWhere to put up a partner passing through.
- ServicesThe shops and services that matter day to day.
- Useful placesPublic offices, transport, practical landmarks.
- Things to doWhat makes people stay after the meeting.
07
An artificial intelligence layer, running across
Artificial intelligence was not bolted on as one more module, but as a layer running through the others: finding information inside your own documents, reaching a service without knowing where it lives, making use of what the platform already knows, and taking repetitive work off the team.
- SearchFind information inside your own documents.
- Reaching servicesGet the right service without learning the menu tree.
- Using the dataMake use of what the platform already knows.
- AutomationTake repetitive work off the team.

In short
A traditional service turned platform
Administration, client area, physical services, professional network, local content, automation and artificial intelligence: the project brings together seven worlds that rarely fit inside one product. That functional breadth, more than any single building block, is what makes the difference.
