This site collects the strict minimum: the information you send us voluntarily through the contact form. No data is sold, rented or transferred for advertising purposes.

Last updated: 8 September 2026

1. Data controller

The controller of the data collected on this site is MZ Informatique, whose registered office is at 4 rue de Grammont, 06100 Nice, France.

Contact for any question relating to personal data: dpo@mzmail.fr or 06 52 57 47 69. MZ Informatique is not required to appoint a data protection officer: requests sent to that address are handled directly by the management.

2. Data collected

The site has no user account, no client area and no advertising tracking. Only two categories of data are processed.

2.1 Contact form data

You provide it yourself when writing to us:

  • your surname and, where applicable, your first name;

  • the free text of your message.

Optional fields are marked as such in the form. We ask you not to include in your message any data that is sensitive within the meaning of article 9 of the GDPR, nor any credentials or passwords: they serve no purpose in handling your enquiry.

2.2 Technical log data

Like any web server, the infrastructure temporarily keeps technical logs (IP address, timestamp, page requested, user agent). They are used solely for security, abuse detection and incident diagnosis. They are not used for commercial purposes and are not matched against any profile.
